NAC Congratulates New CCMs/ECMs

The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC), has announced the graduating class of its most recent Concession Manager Certification (CCM) and Executive Concession Manager Certification (ECM) courses. The courses were held in conjunction with 2013 NAC Convention and Trade Show that took place early August in New Orleans.

Congratulations to these industry professionals who have earned the CCM designation:

Jeff Hanauer – Ovations Food Services

The 4-day CCM course includes 25 hours of instruction in a participative classroom environment. Each class is different, with students not only learning from the instructor, but from the experience and knowledge of the other students in the class. At the end of the course an exam is given. The 2-day ECM course, which is highly interactive, builds upon the basic CCM course while providing specific tools and concepts that are needed at the executive level. There is no exam for the ECM course.
