Marketing Manager is responsible for developing & implementing food & beverage marketing initiatives including promotions, concession product tests, packaging, digital menuboards and partnership programs for their particular brand.
Manage support for theatre & brand specific marketing programs, projects & integration efforts as needed.
Develop strategies to engage & target guests with the appropriate merchandising, offers & messaging to drive conversion & incremental revenue, while enforcing a strict economic discipline

-Develop and implement food & beverage marketing initiatives including promotions, concession product tests, packaging and partnership programs for their particular brand.
-Optimize DMB content – creative, placement of menu offering, bundles and messaging priority.
-Manage support for theatre and brand specific marketing programs, projects and integration efforts as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field or commensurate experience.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-5-8 years experience owning and operating relevant multi-unit foodservice marketing programs.
-5 + years managing multiple clients/external vendors and projects.
-5+ years in merchandising, digital/direct channel marketing, menu optimization, digital signage.
-Demonstrated knowledge of advanced marketing principles and concepts.
-Exposure to budget/invoice/billing management.
-Experience with cost/benefit analysis to demonstrate RIO/ROM.
-5+ years general entertainment venue, CPG, restaurant or theatre marketing experience
-Influencing & basic negotiation experience
