Manager, Premier Sales

The Premier Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Premier Sales team. This position requires a dynamic, professional, energetic, creative sales leader with a successful leadership and sales track record in collegiate, minor league and/or professional sports.
•Lead the Premier Sales team and deliver revenue goals for full season Nuveen Suites, PNC Club of Chicago, Dugout Box and Bullpen Box Season Ticket Holders, Suite Rentals, Budweiser Patio, Budweiser Bleacher Suite, Corporate Hospitality/Meetings, and Non-Game day Events
•Recruit, interview, hire, and regularly conduct performance reviews of Premier Sales Account Executives and Coordinator
•Work with leadership team to establish sales goals and incentive programs
•Manage outbound sales call campaigns and internet-based solicitation through CRM tool and sales reports, tracking ROI, and lead management
•Accompany and present sales opportunities to prospects alongside Premier Account Executives
•Monitor weekly results of Premier Sales Team for measuring productivity and deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to: CRM data, call sheets, referral follow-up, new solicitation, and other programs as developed
•Collaborate with other departments and with the Premier Service Team on sales strategy, customer and prospect events, and other sales
•Research and implement “best practice” sales events and sales ideas
•Grow premium revenue through a variety of approaches including progressive outbound face-to-face and phone sales calls
•Develop and constantly grow a database comprised of major corporations, medium and smaller-sized businesses, and individual prospects through various professional prospecting and networking efforts throughout the community
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university
•3 years of proven sales experience
•Tenacious sales skills with proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close business
•Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present to executive management
•Strong listening skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain a team oriented environment
•A strong presenter, coach and developer of talent while being able to monitor and achieve departmental sales quotas – to include all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
•Prior experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com
•Ability to anticipate clients needs and proactively find solutions
•Inclusive; a collegial, open, and collaborative teammate with superior work ethic
•Love for sales and the art of hunting sales
•Lives and thinks outside of the established way of doing things
•Advanced knowledge of Archtics, Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint

Assistant Director of Concessions (NAC Member)

Company caters to large sporting events in excess of 25,000 guests based in the Central Kentucky area. We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Assistant Director of Concessions. To be considered, you must have at least two years experience in managing high volume food and beverage concessions, such as ballparks, arenas, racetracks, etc., with crowds of at least 15,000. Experience with large scale inventory systems is a plus. Must be in above average physical condition, as this position requires a good deal of walking and being on your feet at certain times of the year. Some lifting required. We are a stable, growing company that offers competitive pay, great benefits and excellent working conditions. Travel is not required. Schedule is generally Wednesday through Sunday. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook necessary, Micros POS also helpful. Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K, Vacation.
