Restaurant Manager – B&B Theatres – Liberty, Missouri

B&B Theatres, a ninety four year old company leading the movie theatre industry with cutting edge innovations, is in need of a restaurant manager for the new Liberty 12 Cinema in Liberty, Missouri.

The job will include, but not be limited to, managing a “food to go” area that will allow customers to pick up hot fresh food to take into auditoriums, and an adjacent full service restaurant. Working with the theatre general manager, this position will be responsible for hiring service staff, kitchen and bar staff; placing bulk food supply orders, inventory, scheduling staff and carrying out special promotions.
