Packaging Concepts, Inc. Purchases Assets of Integrity Packaging

Saint Louis, MO – Packaging Concepts, Inc. (PCI) a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, has purchased the assets of Integrity Packaging Houston, TX from 21st Century Partners of Dallas, TX for an undisclosed amount.

The new entity Packaging Concepts of Houston LLC will be a wholly owned subsidiary of PCI. The subsidiary will remain at the Silber Road address. PCI has a great reputation of partnering with customers and vendors to achieve long term growth, and has enjoyed a successful 40 year track record in the flexible packaging industry. The company believes this new investment in the folding carton segment will offer customers a one stop shop for all their packaging needs.

The executive leadership team, consisting of John Booker, Tony Irace, Joe Becher, and John Irace, will lead the new business on a day-to-day basis.
