Sodexo Campus Sports & Leisure is seeking an experienced Chef for Auburn University Athletics which includes a 80,000 seat football stadium and a 8,000 seat basketball arena as well as other sporting venues on campus. The Chef will be responsible for Suites Catering for the 13 suites at the football stadium, special events and athletic/university catering needs, and training table as contracted at the various facilities throughout the campus and surrounding areas. The Chef will also have responsibilities for partial P&L, HACCP/Sanitation and cost controls. Customer service and client relations/satisfaction are top priorities. Ideal candidate will also have strong finanical skills and overall food service management experience at large stadium/arena venues.
