This position will be located at Target Field, the Minnesota Twins stadium in Minneapolis, MN, home to the MLB American League Minnesota Twins. Sportservice currently has the full service contract for this 40,000+-seat state of the art facility, which includes concessions, premium services, catering and retail.

The head of the concessions department who will oversee all concessions operations. This role will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business, while maintaining a strong working relationship with the client and guests by ensuring efficient, quality service and products.
•Oversee concessions management associates including developing, promoting, corrective counseling, mentoring, evaluating performance, and providing positive feedback to improve overall performance.
•Oversight of daily IT function to ensure accuracy of POS, Inventory software, menu items & pricing, BOH and FOH IT reporting.
•Maintains existing programs and develop new creative concepts that ensure the highest possible quality of food service.
•Oversee prices and portions for products and services within approved profit plan guidelines.
•Provide and administer, within corporate policy, an effective system for cash, inventory, payroll and yield control. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
•Ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment; initiate capital budget to replace, remodel equipment and facilities.
•Directly accountable for budget and profitability of departments with General Manager. Develops financial objectives consistent with Company objectives.
We are seeking a candidate with 5 years concessions management with experience
•In a sports or entertainment venue of significant size and scope compared to Target Field
•Strong knowledge with POS and inventory software. Basic understanding of BOH & FOH IT processes.
•Familiarity with standard food and beverage equipment, inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
•Strong leadership skills are a must. Excellent client relationship management skills.
•Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail oriented.
