A dynamic panel of experienced concession operators discusses how the concession industry has changed over the years and how they plan on meeting the challenges of today’s diverse and demanding consumer. The panel will include Rob Lehman, Vice President of Food and Beverage at Carmike Cinemas; Rob Novak, Director of Concessions at Marcus Theatres; Dean Gentile, VP of Operations at Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. and Gary Butske Jr., Vice President of Operations at Emagine Entertainment.
