Location Set for Memphis CCM Class
The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) has announced the location for the next Concession Manager Certification (CCM) class. This class was added to the 2015 calendar for April 15-18 in Memphis, Tennessee just prior to CinemaCon in Las Vegas.
The class will run from 9 am to 5 pm each day and will be held at:

The next opportunity for Concession and Hospitality professionals to earn their Concession Manager Certification (CCM) designation will be held in conjunction with the NAC Concession and Hospitality Expo on July 18-21, 2015 in Cincinnati, OH.
Education is at the core of NAC’s mission, and no program more effectively meets that mission than the Concession Manager Certification Program. For 20 years this program has offered targeted, concessions-specific training that provides the tools and skills needed to manage a concessions program efficiently and profitably.
Over 900 graduates from all types of venues and facilities have been certified through this program, which presents instruction that can be traced directly to the profit margin. The course is open to both concession operators and suppliers. Suppliers who have taken the course find it helpful in determining their customers’ concerns and issues.
The 4-day course includes 25 hours of instruction in a participative classroom environment. Each class is different, with students not only learning from the instructor, but from the experience and knowledge of the other students in the class. At the end of the course an exam is given. Those passing the exam may use the designation CCM (Certified Concession Manager) or, for suppliers, ACE (Allied Concession Executive).
