There is nothing more important to our industry than the health and well being of our guests. Collectively, our executives, chefs, managers, servers, and support teams strive to ensure high quality products and safe, reliable service.
Training in safe food preparation and handling, routine surprise inspections from local health officials, and ongoing third party audits are just a few of the measures in place to safeguard public health.
When there are issues, they are identified and immediately corrected, often in the presence of an inspector.”
