USO of Illinois Thanks NAC

In a letter dated August 26, 2019, The President and CEO of USO of Illinois thanked the National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) for a donation of products from the recently completed Concession and Hospitality Expo Trade Show.

Over 90 companies participated in this year’s Expo Trade Show. Each year, NAC members donate extra product from the Trade Show to local worthy causes. The 2019 Expo was held on July 30 – August 2 at the Fairmont, Chicago and celebrated the Association’s 75th anniversary year in its’ home town.

“Your contribution of candy, nachos, chips, drinks and snacks is very much appreciated,” wrote Alison Ruble, “This gift allows us to support nearly 326,000 active duty, guard and reserve military families each year.”

According to the letter, the USO of Illinois operates five Centers and sponsors hundreds of programs to support military families and make connections with the community. “Your generosity ensures we can continue to be that choice for our military in Illinois.”

The 2020 Expo will be held in Orlando on July 28-31 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista.
