Certification Classes Aligned with NAC Expo

Is it a job or is it a career? Invest in your professional future NOW! It’s been said that education is at the core of NAC’s mission. With this in mind, NAC is offering two opportunities to earn industry recognized certifications for both operator and supplier members. Both of these classes are aligned with the NAC Concession and Hospitality Expo at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista in late July, 2020.

Concession Manager Certification – For 20 years this program has offered targeted, concessions-specific training that provides the tools and skills needed to manage a concessions program efficiently and profitably.

The next available course runs from July 24-28 in connection with the NAC Expo so you can maximize your trip to Orlando! The class is held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.

Thousands of graduates from all types of venues and facilities have been certified through this program, which presents instruction that can be traced directly to the profit margin. The course is open to both concession operators and suppliers. Suppliers who have taken the course find it helpful in determining their customers’ concerns and issues

The 4-day course includes 25 hours of instruction in a participative classroom environment. Those passing the course may use the designation CCM (Certified Concession Manager) or, for suppliers, ACE (Allied Concession Executive).

Accredited Concession Supplier Certification – The Accredited Concession Supplier (ACS) program, is a one-day seminar that will teach suppliers how a concession operator thinks; the priorities, service objectives and challenges of concessionaires; and how you as a supplier can be a partner in meeting those needs and objectives. This course is for any supplier or salesperson to the Concessions Industry. Learn the insider tips and information that will help you sell effectively and successfully to all types of concessionaires.

If you are an NAC Trade Show exhibitor, this program is an ideal way to maximize your investment and time at Expo. The next available course is on July 28 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

After completion of the course, you may use the designation ACS (Accredited Concession Supplier)
