The Opportunity
The Concessions Manager will be responsible for overseeing permanent stands and portable/sublet locations, as well as the vending department. Specifically:
• Supervise concession personnel; train employees in company procedures; schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensure concession stations are set up for each business day; direct storage, preparation and service of concession merchandise by employees.
• Prepare various sales and operational reports from information compiled daily; Analyze product usage, use information to determine products to be purchased and quantity to be ordered.
• Ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed.
We are seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of food service experience. Good working knowledge of concession procedures. Experience with inventory distribution and control. Familiar with food service equipment. Familiar with POS and Inventory systems. Strong communication, organizational skills and customer service skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
