Santikos Job Opportunity – General Manager-Casa Blanca

Santikos Entertainment is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide leadership of a multi-operational facility that includes: Movie Theatres, Food, Concessions, In-Theatre Dining, Gaming and Bar operations.   The General Manager is responsible for the profitability, control and overall systems management necessary to create and maintain a successful operation. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure our guest experience is positive and memorable, responding to service recovery issues in an urgent and friendly manner.
-Maintain efficiency and productivity while keeping product quality and service consistently high.
-Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
