Sky Zone – Corporate Food & Beverage Manager


Sky Zone owns and operates popular indoor entertainment venues for all its members and guests. We’re a place where kids and parents can have fun, be active together, and enjoy our concessions while spending hours jumping on trampolines, going down slides, or dunking a basket on one of our bouncy floors. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you play a critical role in the general oversight of food and beverage operations and best practices for our owned & operated business and our franchise business.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will help support projects and initiatives, assist in the implementation of best practices, roll out promotions, and installing F&B at all our parks. This is a work-from-home opportunity that also requires approximately 25-50% travel to complete in-park F&B audits and training. This is an ideal position for someone with experience in the restaurant/F&B industry who is self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively manage all vendor and park communications, so our F&B services are profitable and within budget.


-Oversee the procurement and preparation of food and refreshments across all company owned and franchise parks, partnering with the Procurement and Operations Teams regularly

-Communicate effectively & act as liaison between corporate & operations Teams

-Assist with the coordination and installation of F&B outlets at new and renovated locations.

-Training & support for all F&B functions, policies, & procedures, particularly for newly hired and/or promoted leaders

-Complete F&B park audits & provide real-time feedback & coaching as well as preparing follow-up reports

-Work with operations and vendors on new roll-outs

-Monitor the success of both standard menu offerings and seasonal/promotional programs, tracking key hits and misses using defined KPIs

-Closely monitor inventory challenges and discrepancies & work with Teams to mitigate them

-Partner with Ops Leaders to ensure compliance with all company, legal, and health code standards

-Assist in budgeting and forecasting for new items

-Assist Operations with daily & reoccurring challenges

-Conduct pricing audits to ensure we’re competitive across all locations.

-Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.

-Work closely with the Director of F&B on branding, display, menu creation, and logistics of ordering and delivery of food and all other projects as assigned


-High school diploma or equivalent education required. College degree preferred.

-Knowledge of effective F&B operations and best practices and a strong background in analysis of COGS and P&Ls.

-Skilled in branding, menu creation, and overall F&B strategy.

-Strong communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills.

-Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management across all departments.

-Driven self-starter with the ability to confidently work independently on several projects simultaneously.

-Ability to effectively coordinate logistics for delivery to park locations.

-Solutions focused and able to identify and resolve problems across company-wide F&B operations.

-Must be able to pass a background check.

-Compensation: $75-90k base pay plus 10% annual bonus. Competitive benefits including 401k plus match.
