Ecuador Seminar a Hit
“Building the Experience” the latest in the NAC Regional Seminar Series, traveled to Quito, Ecuador on August 14. An estimated 140 industry professionals from Ecuador, Chile and Peru attended the class conducted by Larry Etter, CCM, NAC Education Director. The seminar was held in conjunction with the Carsnack Corporate Seminar.

The intention of this seminar “Building the Experience” is to stress the importance of changing the mental image of the concession experience. The ability to retrain the consumer from the ground up as to the reliability, creativity and professionalism within the ranks of the recreational foodservice channel.

I have been in several speakings at cinemacon , showeast and cineasia. What it was acomplished by Carsnack and Mr Ribadeneira, is unbelievable. The training of Mr. Etter, combining with speakers of Ricos and Gold Medal and the two champions baristas, was truly amazing. Also, speaking with the head chef of J.W Marriott speaking about the importance of having Carsnack as their partner really blows our mind.
