Gateway Center Selects Ovations
May 28, 2014 (Collinsville, IL) – Gateway Center selected Ovations Food Services, a nationally ranked catering and concessions provider, as the Center’s exclusive partner for all food and beverage operations. Ovations Food Services, a subsidiary of the sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor, operates at over 140 public assembly facilities throughout the United States and Canada serving over 9 million guests on an annual basis.
Ovations Food Services will bring their experience, talent and resources to Gateway Center’s food and beverage areas on June 11, 2014. This means guests can expect progressive menus with regional influences, a fresh approach to food preparation and upgrades to deliver Ovations’ industry award winning concept The Kitchen™ Experience as well as The Bar™ Experience. Both The Kitchen and The Bar will transform the way guests at Gateway Center experience food and beverage with their modular design to bring Chef’s and Mixologists onto the main floor for live demonstrations.
