Position: Sr. Concessions Manager
Company: All-Star Catering (Larry H Miller Sports & Entertainment)

Job Summary:

All-Star Catering, a division of Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment, has a Sr. Manager position available in food concessions. All-Star Catering in the in-house food and beverage provider for the Utah Jazz and Salt Lake Bees (L.A. Angels Triple A Team).

This position is responsible for running our concessions department. Will have full responsibility for the Profit and Loss of the department. Will oversee all staffing issues and employee issues. Champion the company’s Mission and Vision, and model the company Values.

Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

-Develop new food concepts, including healthy food options and implementation.
-Create a safe, high quality, productive work environment.
-Create standards for guest experience and employee training.
-Provide a high quality food and beverage experience.
-Closely manage inventories for cash controls.
-Evaluate marketing and operational opportunities to maximize per caps and profitability. 
-Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

-Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field of study.
-5-10 years experience in high volume concession food service operation.
-Full knowledge of profit and loss, cost analysis, and pos systems.
-Knowledge of health and safety codes.
-Alcohol server training and Serve Safe certified.
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Physical Demands

-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Exposed to continuous walking, standing, twisting.
-Exposed to intermittent bending, squatting, kneeling and climbing stairs.
-Must be able to work in outside conditions, including snow, rain, wind and heat.

Language Skills

-Must be able to communicate in English.
