NAC Names 2018 Expo CCM and ACS Graduates

CCM Class

The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC), has announced the graduating class of the most recent Concession Manager Certification (CCM) and Accredited Concession Supplier (ACS) courses. The classes were held in conjunction with The 2018 Concession & Hospitality Expo that took place on August 7-10, 2018 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.

The instructor for both classes was Larry Etter, CCM, of Malco Theatres; who also serves as the NAC Director of Education.

About the CCM Program: Over 1,500 graduates from all types of venues and facilities have been certified through the Concession Manager Certification (CCM) Program. The 4-day CCM course includes 25 hours of instruction in a participative classroom environment. More details and registration on the next CCM Class are available on naconline.org. There will also be on online version available for the 2019 Spring Semester.

ACS Class

About the ACS Program: The Accredited Concession Supplier (ACS) program, is a one-day seminar that will teach suppliers how a concession operator thinks; the priorities, service objectives and challenges of concessionaires; and how the supplier can be a partner in meeting those needs and objectives. About NAC: The National Association of Concessionaires, founded in 1944, is the trade association for the recreation and leisure-time food and beverage concessions industry.
