New NAC member XcooBee, is introducing an app-less mobile solution, designed to create additional revenue through lead-generating sponsorship/advertising campaigns.
From a fan experience standpoint, XcooBee also has the capability to act as an extension of a venue’s POS system through in-seat mobile ordering, driving more sales to both concessions and merchandise within a facility. QR codes and static PDF menus were the first generation of on-site guest mobile interaction for F&B. They have shown that guests are looking for new ways to interact.
