Cencor to Develop New Starplex Theater in Lewisville

Cencor Realty Services plans to develop Dallas-based Starplex Cinemas’ latest luxury theater in Castle Hills Marketplace in Lewisville. The cinema, at the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and Josey Lane, is scheduled to open in fall 2014. Plans for the theater include digital projection, luxury reclining seats and a full-service bar with expanded café dining options. There will be auditoriums with enhanced digital experiences to give customers the most realistic experience available.
