NAC Member, Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 – Concessions at Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, TX. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of prior concessions experience in a large stadium/arena environment. This position will oversee all performance/athletic dining and concession functions for this 45,000-seat facility, as well as be the direct liaison for the clients that run the Arena and other athletic facilities. This manager will report directly to the GM and will work day-to-day with the catering director, and chef.
