NAC Names Paradis as New Regional Vice President

The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) has announced Brent Paradis, ECM, has joined the Board of Directors as Regional Vice President of Eastern Canada. Paradis currently serves as Senior Manager Food and Beverage at BMO Field and Ricoh Coliseum for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.
Paradis joined Maple Leaf in 2001 and is responsible for the food and beverage operations at BMO Field, home of the MLS Toronto Football Club-TFC, and Ricoh Coliseum, home of the AHL Toronto Marlies.

Previously, he served as an Operations and Food Service Manager for Famous Players (now Cineplex), Food Service Manager with Sodexho Marriot at York University, Retail Food Service Supervisor for North York General Hospital and started his career in hospitality with McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada.

In addition to being a member of NAC, Paradis is a Certified Food Safety trainer, Responsible Alcohol Service trainer, and graduated from IAVM Venue Management school.
