Senior Manager of Concessions , Gillette Stadium

The Senior Manager of Concessions (req#2809) will develop and implement efficient operational procedures, new menus and menu enhancements through the year and are responsible for upholding all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the responsible service of products and service to the facilities guests.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Develop sound operational plans to ensure the successful operations for all locations at every event
• Continually explore and create revenue generating and/or cost saving opportunities
• Create Tracking and communicative tools to continually reduce product waste and shrinkage
• Develop and maintain sound preventative maintenance programs for all concessions related equipment and vehicles
• Ensure product specs are correct and being followed
• Improve financial results with yield reports, inventory controls, training, and methodical production plans
• Implement effective costs and inventory control measures to identify areas of improvement
• Establish written event operation procedures to ensure sound business practices are being followed
• Communicate and promote the Organization’s dedication to providing the highest quality of products and services to our guests
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in on-premises foodservice unit or multi-department management
• Proficient in business accounting procedures, to include buy not limited to yield reports, cost analysis, pricing strategies, payroll analysis
• Knowledge in food safety and sanitation regulations and law
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Proficient in Point of Sale and Microsoft office programs, preferred
• Must be detail oriented and posses strong organizational skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as determined by the facility event schedule
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality/business management
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
