NAC Concession Data Initiative Survey 2016

| March 25, 2016

Two years ago, NAC conducted a survey of Concessions Operators in order to gain a deeper understanding of operational practices, benchmarks and economic impact of our business. We are doing a refresh of this Survey in 2016 to record and report any changes or new observations and are asking for Concession Operator participants in the industry to take this very brief on-line survey.

This ongoing effort is in response to repeated inquiries for deeper information about the Concessions and Hospitality industry by members, industry, press, regulators and legislators. We will use the data to create benchmarks to present to other industry groups, members of the trade media and for NAC Government Relations initiatives in order to advocate for the industry and the Association.

In order to achieve maximum results and assure impartial and confidential credibility, Florida International University (FIU) is partnering with NAC to conduct the survey and analyze the data.

It is vitally important that everyone take a few minutes out of their busy day to take this survey so the industry can achieve a valid sample size. The more people who participate, the more representative the data will be. We ask that you be as complete and candid as possible. Only summary data will be published and all individual, specific company data will be held in the strictest on confidence. All submissions go directly to FIU.

General publication of the final results is anticipated to be in July, 2016.
