Over 1,500 graduates from all types of venues and facilities have been certified through this program, which presents instruction that can be traced directly to the profit margin. The course is open to both concession operators and suppliers. Suppliers who have taken the course find it helpful in determining their customers’ concerns and issues.
The 4-day CCM course includes 25 hours of instruction in a participative classroom environment. Each class is different, with students not only learning from the instructor, but from the experience and knowledge of the other students in the class. An exam is given at the end of the course.
The next CCM class is scheduled to take place at Florida International University on October 27-30. There will also be an online version available for the upcoming Fall Semester. More details and registration are available on naconline.org
