NAC Governance Policy Change
The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) has announced the following policy change was moved, seconded and approved by the NAC Executive Committee on Friday, April 10, 2020. The action was taken to maintain an orderly governance of the Association during the Caronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic and the subsequent economic challenges.
Be It Resolved: That through December 31, 2020 all NAC elected Board Members and appointed Committee Members will maintain their NAC Membership and elected or NAC Leadership appointed positions despite their current employment or relationship with the concession industry.
The current Pandemic has been especially cruel to many within the Membership and Leadership and NAC is hopeful that this emergency governance policy change will allow continuity for the immediate governance of the Association.
