NAC Announces Red Deer, Alberta CCM Class Graduates

CCM Grads from Westerner Park

The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) announced that 15 new industry professionals have earned their Concession Manager Certification (CCM) credentials. The class was held on August 23 – 26 at the Red Deer Centrium, in Alberta, Canada.

The course was coordinated and organized by Sheila Parisien, ECM, an NAC member and tremendous ambassador for the Association who is consulting in the area and identified a need for some additional training. The class instructor was Larry Etter, CCM, NAC’s Director of Education.

About CCM: The National Association of Concessionaires is the “Go To” for the Concession industry. The organization owns and delivers a 4-day Concession Management Course, comprising of 25 hours of instruction in a participative class room environment. Each class is different, with students not only learning from the instructor, but from the experience and knowledge of the other students in the class. At the end of the course, an exam is administered, and for those passing the exam, designated credentials are awarded, that distinguish the participant as an industry trained Concession Manager.
