THIS SEMINAR IS CANCELED.

Join us at NC NATO for the 2023-24 NAC Regional Seminar Series: Recreational Foodservice, Today, Tomorrow & Beyond. NAC Director of Education, Larry Etter, CCM, will be the instructor.

The seminar is ideal for all managers and supervisors with a concentration on recreational foodservice in entertainment and hospitality venues. It’s presented in four segments including interactive exercises to allow participants to engage with each other and share experiences. Larry will also send attendees home with a list of Tips on Best Management Practices.

Today – How are we operating in this current environment? Focus on communication skills with staff.
Tomorrow – What kind of results will/can we see with next steps? Profits vs. Efficiencies. How to succeed? Data is important – DNA vs RNA
